去FIRB审批就好了，不一定要新房

只能买新房那是老黄历了

TR can purchase second hand property but you need at least 12 months of TR visa left before you buy it. also if you are not applying for PR you need to sell the property before you leave.

But note if you are planning to apply for PR, once you bought the first house when you are a TR, you will lost the First home owner's grant.
