There is an office cleaning contract for sale. I have been franchisee of a cleaning company over two years. Monthly income is roughly around $4500 to $5000 excluding GST. Total hours in one week for single person will be 32 hours and it is easier to do by two persons within 16 hours each. It is quite suitable for couple and student actually. And I have got a new job currently and will graduate from uni a couple of months later. So it is better to be sold asap. The price for whole contract is $20000, plus $2000 as transfer fee pay to master franchisee. The price is negotiable and I will provide fully training. Some equipment and chemicals can be included with good price accepted by both parties. Actually, the customers are satisfied with my job and all offices are quite clean, so there won’t be hard work like initial job to do. And all jobs will be done in the daytime and usually 5 or 6 days per week (normally I finish job in 5 days coz adequate time should be spending on study). The buyers need to have a car and all offices are located in suburbs around canning vale and I’m living in canning vale currently.
