We have a master bedroom available from 21 April. Fully furnished. It has its own, separate, shower and toilet. It is located in River Avenue, Maddington. Walking distance to a large shopping centre, 6 minutes walking to bus to city. Train station is also close by.  Plenty of parking. Quiet and pleasant location. Weekly rent $200 for couple including electricity, water, and unlimited internet. Call me at +61 410 640 588 if you are interested.

Thanks for your reply and your information, in fact, we are looking for the house/flat which is close to Perth city, you place is just a bit far from our target, so we can't take you sweet offer, sorry for that.
