标题: 和坏邻居缠上了（fence，树叶），怎么办？
我家邻居是一位东南亚人，黑小个，貌似是印度尼西亚人。经常说我家树过了fence，落了很多树叶，还告倒法院、市府，不过估计这些地方没人理他们。我对他们说，你们买房的时候这棵树就在，表明你们接受这个状况。

前两个星期，他们又把fence推倒，说要修更好的fence，估计要他们保险公司出资一半。另一半要我出，我说我不愿意。昨天发现，他们趁我们出门的时候偷我们的邮件，估计是要骚扰我。今天我把邮箱上锁了。

诸位有什么好主意吗？要不要上法院？

If you have enough evidence to prove that they have been stealing your letter, yes, please report to the police. As i reckon that this behavior has breach the law of protecting personal privacy and confidential information. As there is high risk that they could get very personal and important information from all those letters and commit to some crimes.

遇到坏邻居,有日子烦的了.如果家里有小孩更加危险.还是早搬为好.

找电话问问COUNCIL,或者你住那区的议员是谁,上门问下有什么解决方法
