Hi,
I have a room available in Wilson along Manning Road. It's very close to Curtin and the Shopping Centres.
Currently I have two females from China staying with me since July 2013 and they go to Curtin.
It's a clean and quiet house and you are not required to share the work of cleaning the house weekly. Also, I will help vacuum your room weekly. The house is on the bus route and it takes only 5 minutes to Curtin by bus.
The weekly rent is $170, gas, electricity and internet inclusive. You also have the use of the kitchen if you want to.
This room was vacated by a male student who had the same requests as you and he have been happily living with me for 2 years.
