I have just started a new job in real estate. Prefer to live with Chinese, guy or girl doesn't matter but im a quiet aussie guy so if you want help with your english it's no problem.
Im leaving my current house coz the room mates are dirty, stink, wear their shoes all over the house, never wash their dishes, leave rubbish in the kitchen and generally i just hate them :-)
