[s:2] I guess you guys are talking the different things.
I assumed:
1, Car ID not licence - It might be your Vehicle's Engine ID, if it wasn't regester in Government's database, you might have trouble on it. Licence Center will never check your actual Engine ID uncless they require an inspection.
