[打印本页] 作者: kaka22 时间: 2011-8-8 10:48 标题: 强烈请求帮助关于买房! 不好意思,我去买卖房屋版块无法发表新主题。只能来此求助,是这样的,我父母上个星期六下午看了一处房子,当时没想那么多就签了名字也给了价格,然后当天下午稍晚的时候房产中介通知他们购房成功,需要付押金什么的,晚上他们又冷静思考了下,决定取消购买,然后我们星期天下午告知了中介这个决定,但是他们说那是不允许的,还要求我们付押金等。我们问过律师,律师说我们可以不付任何费用,但是中介一直给我打电话还问我们怎么回事?我们该如何应对,有哪位达人能够帮下忙啊?作者: officehour 时间: 2011-8-8 10:50

that's correct, there is no cooling period in WA, if you have signed the document, that means you have the legal obligation. However, most of the contract is subject to finance, if your finance failed, you don't have any obligation to purchase. So, you can simply go to your bank (the one you nominated on the contract) and ask a letter to show your loan application has been rejected, or if you are not sure how to do it, find a mortgage broker, they can organize it for you.
But next time don't rush into buying, now it is buyer's market, the seller /agent will chase you.
