THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader you will:
Attend to customer service telephone inquiries;
Promote the use of the Client Portal;
Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed on time and to the standards set by the Loans Management Manager.
Escalating queries when necessary to senior advisors;
Providing low level advice on products and services;
Database management
Look at ways to improve the business' customer service activities; and
Other duties as required.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful in your application you must possess:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position within the Finance / Banking industry;
Outstanding customer service skills;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines;
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
