The client
Keystart Home Loans was established in 1989 to provide low-deposit home loans to West Australians unable to meet the deposit requirements from mainstream lenders.
Currently based in East Perth but with a relocation to Subiaco planned, Keystart have a strong set of values that guide their work and give them a point of difference in the market. The Role
The Aboriginal Home Ownership Liaison Officer will be responsible for dealing with Keystart’s existing and potential clients and therefore is a combination of community engagement and creating awareness and buy in of Keystart’s products and services. The role will include travel within WA and therefore has a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated and a strong team player, having excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills you will also be capable of handling complex situations.
Having an understanding of and previous experience working with Indigenous communities combined with strong links and acceptance within the Aboriginal community will be key for success within this role.
