Kevmor is a wholesaler/importer of flooring and furniture products, specialising in flooring tools, carpet tools and installation supplies, fibre products, matting/runners, upholstered furnishing supplies and commercial appliance trades. We are a 100% West Australian owned company, located in Belmont.
The role:
An opportunity exists for a junior marketing / graphic designer, required 2 days a week (or 3 part days a week) to create marketing flyers, brochures, HTML newsletters, sales specials, website graphics for 5 websites and various other artwork. In addition you will be required to help maintain and modify You Tube, Face Book, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin and Mail Chimp for multiple companies. Reporting to the Website Coordinator/Marketing Manager, this position will ideally suit someone who already has 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Completed qualifications in graphic design or marketing.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), but applicants with strong skills in Microsoft Publisher or other DTP packages are welcome to apply (Mac and Windows platforms).
Photography experience – some photographic work of products is required.
Experience working with digital platforms, multimedia and HTML coding.
Efficient time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong creative and technical design skills and the ability to take a job from initial concept through to final delivery.
Excellent presentation, organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and as a team player.
A willingness to work in a varied role and take on new challenges as required.
