This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established Chartered Accounting firm in South Perth. We are seeking a well presented, vibrant and personable person to join our friendly team of young professionals.
The position is part-time from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday including a one hour lunch break (25 hours per week)
We operate from modern offices centrally located in the heart of South Perth providing excellent access to transport, restaurants and shops.
You will have a friendly nature, be reliable and possess intermediate computer skills.
The varied role will include the following duties:
Meeting and greeting clients;
Inbound telephone calls;
Arranging appointments;
Banking;
Correspondence;
Mail, in and out of the office;
Debtor reconciliations;
Collating clients tax documents;
Meeting minutes;
Electronic ATO Lodgements;
Electronic Filing (scanning); and
Completing other tasks as required.
