As we look to the future, we're more focused than ever on attracting the best talent for our organisation. We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Perth. You will be our administrative support for our services in Western Australia. Our Senior Managers will work closely with you and our Administration Officer ensures they provide and deliver high-quality customer service to our customers and staff.
An opportunity exists for an exceptional administrator to join our team in Canberra. The role is responsible for providing a range of office services to ensure the smooth flow of work and the administration and operation of a proficient, cohesive team. In this busy and diversified role, you will utilise your high level administration and multi-tasking skills in providing support to all members of the team.
As the initial point of contact, your commitment to first class customer service will enable you to handle with ease all queried, arrange meetings, document control, organise corporate travel and disseminate information across the relevant teams and to external service providers. In addition, your attention to details and exemplary organisational skills will endure the accurate and timely preparation or reports and presentations, management of files and accounts and payroll related tasks.
To be successful it is essential that you are an experienced user of the MS Office suit, and have at least 2 + years’ experience in a high level administrative capacity. Your ‘can do’ attitude and ability to quickly adapt to change will hold you in good stead as will your solid interpersonal skills and commitment to confidentiality.
