Role Overview
The Administration and Data Assistant is responsible for liaising with 360 Managers and Executive to work effectively and facilitate achievement of organisational objectives and targets. The role will facilitate the accurate and timely input, extraction, interpretation and dissemination of high quality data reporting to support the mandatory contractual reporting and continual process improvements of the organisation.
Essential Minimum Selection Criteria
Experience/Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Business and/or demonstrated administration experience within a related field;
Demonstrated experience in sourcing, analysing, managing and presenting relevant, useful data to meet contractual compliance requirements within the not for profit and/or primary health sector;
Experiencing in guiding individuals and teams in database usage;
Competent and Advanced computer knowledge and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using Mastercare and Tableau would be well regarded.
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge
Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, interpret and disseminate information clearly to a variety of stakeholders;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
Flexibility, with an ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement and to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.
Multitasking and prioritisation skills with an ability to meet strict deadlines.
