An opportunity has become available to join our friendly and highly expert team heading our 'front of house' as the Office Administrator. Importantly the person suited to this position will have a mature, reliable and dependable character and understand the importance of first impressions.
This full-time role is ideally suited to someone wishing to work in a small 'team' and who welcomes the support and comradery a small team environment creates. As well as being a team player you will need to be passionate about delivering a high level of service and support to not only the team but also our landlords and tenants.
We work in a boutique office in a friendly and professional environment and specialise in bespoke property management and leasing to the corporate market. At Leasing Elite, your effort and work are appreciated.
The job will include but not limited to -
Handling all incoming calls
Front of house duties including greeting visiting clients and providing beverages as required
Overseeing and ensuring a high level of office housekeeping is maintained
Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies
Uploading properties to websites and potentially managing our social media posts
Liaising with suppliers, landlords, tenants and clients
Data entry
General office administration including typing letters, leases, documents, reports, etc.
Collection and processing of incoming and outgoing mail - both electronic and post
Document storage, management and archiving
Responsibility and management of property keys and register
Preparation of marketing brochures
Assisting the Property Management team including viewings of properties as and when required
Skills and Experience:
Previous real estate and associated real estate software experience is not necessary as full training will be provided
Reception or administration experience is required
Immaculate and professional presentation
Effective written communication and spelling
Professional phone manner
A high level of customer focused service
A basic understanding of social media platforms and advertising is preferred
Be able to work independently on Microsoft Word/Excel
To be considered for an interview:
You must hold a valid driving licence.
You must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency.
