About the Role
Due to an increased demand for marketing within the company, an opportunity has opened for a part time Marketing Administrator, based in our Perth head office. This position will see you work directly alongside the Marketing Manager with a heavy focus on content creation, as the company works through one of its most exciting changes in its 20+ year history.
As a marketing administrator, your day to day tasks and responsibilities will see you:
Create content on a daily basis – As a company that employs hundreds of people on a daily basis, there is no shortage of interesting content that can be found. A big part of your job will see you making sure that the world sees this too!
Manage social media platforms and complete the administrative components as necessary – With a number of different platforms and varied audiences amongst each, it’ll be your task to make sure we’re sending out exactly what our customers to hear about!
Take a proactive approach to the business, as a marketing administrator you will be welcomed across the business – the exposure you gain will be exponentially linked to the effort you put in!
Create, design and implement creative and professional collateral that will be used throughout the business
Create quality copy that will inspire and attract our customers
Create internal content, such as newsletters, campaigns and designs that informs and delights your colleagues
Assist the marketing manager in undertaking any other appropriate duties as required within the department
Skills and Experience
A can do attitude, a willingness to learn and apply yourself is something that doesn’t go unnoticed at Skill Hire
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, commerce or graphic design, or nearing completion of the aforementioned qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress CMS, Hootsuite and MS Office
A confident, professional and proactive attitude toward work – You will need to be self-driven and enthusiastic toward your work
Have a strong eye for design as well as having good business acumen
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Honesty with a strong belief in integrity
