Allied Health Trainer
My client is an established and highly regarded aged care organisation based in the eastern suburbs of Perth. They deliver a variety of services across the aged care industry including delivering unrivalled training and development both internally and to external organisations.
Due to an increase in workload, they are now seeking an experienced Training Officer for 4 days per week to join their experienced team and deliver a high level of training services to allied health professionals.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Training Coordinator, you will be tasked with liaising internally with senior managers to determine the training that is required amongst their teams. Other responsibilities will include;
Delivering specialised training sessions in Cert III & Cert IV in Allied Health
Oversee assessments and outcomes
Assist with continual development of course material
Stakeholder engagement
Data collection
About You
You will be an experienced trainer with ideally a knowledge of the aged care or wider healthcare sector and be seeking to work within a dynamic and forward-thinking team, and really utilise your skills and experience. Other key requirements for this role include;
Cert IV or above in Allied Health
Cert 4 in Training & Assessment (TAE40116).
National Police Clearance
Valid & current driver’s license
