Events Coordinator
Kelly Services are looking for 2 x Events Coordinators for one of our clients located just outside of Perth CBD.
These are part time roles:
15-25 hours per week (need to have open availability for day work/ evenings and weekends)
10-15 hours per week (mostly nights and weekends)
They are looking for someone that can be very flexible with their working hours.
The hourly rate is $25.28 per hour. You MUST have a car and be able to travel to Henderson & Bentley and work unsupervised.
The role:
Manning the phones
Settling clients into rooms
Being on call for any requests clients have (e.g. moving furniture, increasing air conditioning)
General administrative work
Occasional week day work
The person:
Must have hospitality and customer service experience
Must have at least 6 months experience in events
Personable and good at interacting with clients
Proactive work approach
Must be flexible with working hours
This would be a perfect role for someone studying that is looking for part time work for example. You must be available to start immediately.
