Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a full time medical receptionist to join our practice.
You will be responsible for booking appointments, invoicing and receipting, typing, switchboard operation, scanning of documents, compiling necessary paperwork prior to consultations and liaising with other stakeholders.
What we would like you to have:
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience as a medical receptionist
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience using Genie
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and time manage
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
