About the Company:
Flexi Staff is a proud, West Australian owned labour hire company, having over 25 years' experience in providing staffing solutions to a broad range of industries.
The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Gardner/Leading Hand for our client who is located east of Perth . The successful applicants will have previous experience in landscaping for both commercial and residential sites, duties will include, but are not limited to:
Leading a small team of landscapers or related discipline
Hardscaping - retaining walls, paving, water features
Softscaping - Planting, mulching, turf laying and weeding
Turf Management is advantageous but not essential
Daily scheduling of rosters and tasks
Operating and maintaining plant equipment
Industry Requirements :
Current WA C Class Drivers Licence
Own reliable transport
White/Blue Card
Horticulture Cert or equivalent
Working With Childrens Check a MUST
Able to pass D&A test at all times
Physically fit and healthy
Previous experience in a similar role
Chainsaw ticket highly regarded but not essential
Pest Management Licence desireable
