The Cash Room Clerk assists in the effective operation of the Cash Room, ensuring that all administrative and financial processes support the operational requirements of the Park. This will be achieved through tender handling, reconciliation of trading revenue and prepaid tickets, and wristband management. You will need a strong focus on numerical accuracy for balancing and reporting purposes and integrity in handling tender in an autonomous work environment.
ESSENTIALS
Year 12 Secondary Education or equivalent.
Sound knowledge of cash handling procedures
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Good organisation and administrative skills.
Strong accuracy, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, security and integrity.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Exceptional problem solving skills.
Able to prioritise daily tasks.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
Previous experience with cash handling or accounts administration
Previous experience in a banking, retail or hospitality environment

Please note this is a seasonal role during park operation from the months of December to April and does include weekend work/late nights of a consistent nature.
This role is casual, however the option of a contract may be offered to the suitable candidate.
