The Company
Our client is a leading West Australian company that offers commercial buildings a full maintenance and repair service and are a preferred contractor to many leading property companies.
The Role
Due to continuous industry growth, we are seeking to appoint an experienced full time Administrator / Scheduler to supervise a team, schedule works and provide high quality services to a number of clients. Duties and responsibilities include:
Liaising with both contractors and clients regarding maintenance requests
Monitoring KPI metrics against planned maintenance
Scheduling works
Ordering supplies and materials
Scheduling vehicle maintenance
Processing purchase orders
Carrying out client inductions
Maintaining and updating Health & Safety documents
Administration tasks as required
This is an exciting, varied opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to progress their career in a forward thinking business. To be successful in this position you will have:
Minimum of 3 years recent experience in an administration role
Experience within the building/property maintenance preferred
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A professional and enthusiastic work manner
Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver superior customer service
Excellent problem solving and outstanding attention to detail
