Accounts Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to join our busy Finance team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly professional Finance Team and to gain an insight into residential property development with an industry leader.
The focus of your role will be to provide Accounts Receivable support to the team including cash receipting, account reconciliation, analysis reporting, the preparation of trust cheques and performing monthly corporate recharges. You will also provide general administrative support and Reception relief as required.
A high level of team spirit coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, high attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential to succeed in this role. You will also be able to demonstrate:
Experience with the accounts receivable function including account reconciliations;
Accurate data entry skills;
Sound knowledge of computerised accounting systems; and
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.
A current and valid driver’s license is essential as there will be a requirement to attend the company’s bank each day.
This is a full-time position however applications from candidates seeking a job-share role will also be considered.
