大家可能还记得在8月中旬我曾经在公众号为大家宣布了西澳政府即将发布最新留学生精英州政府担保政策State Nominated Migration Program (SNMP)。这一新政策将为西澳留住留学生中的精英，确保西澳未来经济稳健发展。就在今天，西澳工党迈高文政府公布了最新的州担保职业清单，并开始接受申请。

这份清单涵盖的职业范围非常广泛，包括会计、IT、工程、市场专员等许多热门职业。毕业生只需满足相关条件，如在西澳各所大学就读两年以上并获取博士、硕士、荣誉学位、或本科学士学位，雅思或同等水平英文考试分数达到4个七分，并且有12个月的相关领域的工作合约等，就可以申请州担保技术移民签证。

这一新政策旨在为西澳最优秀的国际毕业生提供可行的技术移民途径，同时也将为西澳各所大学吸引留学生添加重要的竞争筹码。通过新政策，西澳将吸引最优秀的留学生人才，这对于加强西澳的人才储备至关重要，也无疑将为西澳经济打上一剂强心针。
我们的西澳即将因此再次焕发活力。

下面是这次清单的详细信息和列表：
Applicants who have a nominated occupation identified on the Western Australian skilled migration occupation list (WASMOL) or Graduate occupation list (GOL) may be eligible for Western Australian State nomination using one of the following visa subclasses:
The WASMOL is available to applicants who intend to use the general stream.
The GOL is available for applicants who intend to use the graduate stream.
Please check the status of your occupation on the applicable list to see if it is currently available for State nomination and eligible for your intended visa sublcass and qualification type (if using the graduate stream). Occupations may become unavailable without notice.
To determine your eligibility to apply, consult the Criteria for State nomination​​and the State nomination requirements page.
State nomination applicants will have to compete with all potential employees in the Western Australian labour market to secure any available or advertised position.
For occupations which require licensing or registration before being permitted to work in Western Australia, a positive skills assessment and State nomination do not guarantee you will meet the licensing or registration requirements of the relevant licensing or registration authority. Those considering applying for Western Australian nomination are advised to check with the appropriate licensing or registration authority to verify their suitability for licensing or registration.​
Notes on using the occupation lists
​Occupations may have the following status.
​The occupations identified on the occupation lists do not relate to any specific job vacancies, nor represent any guarantee of a job, but rather identify occupations that are considered a priority for the State. It is recommended that you research employment opportunities in Western Australia (in your occupation) before making the decision to migrate.   
You will need to have a skills assessment suitable for migration purposes in your nominated occupation. See the Department of Home Affairs website for more information on skills assessments and skills assessing authorities.
