Asset Management Engineer
As the Asset Management Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing the reliability and performance of production related assets including balanced machines, cranes, material handling equipment, process equipment and related civil/structural infrastructure.
You will perform integrity and condition assessment inspections on fixed plant equipment and then provide clients with detailed reports summarising inspection findings and subsequent recommendations.
Key Criteria
Bachelor Degree in either Structural or Mechanical Engineering
An asset management qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
Sound understanding of Asset Management, Product Lifecycle Management and conditioning monitoring of mining fixed plant and assets.
Must have working knowledge of balanced machines, cranes, structures, materials handling equipment, process equipment, infrastructure and civil works
Experience developing Asset Management strategies and tactics
Exposure to estimating, quoting and tender submission
Understanding of codes and standards
Ability to deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships
Business development and ability to build pipeline of work
Experience conducting engineering investigations and completing details reports.
Current Western Australian “C” class drivers licence, or equivalent.
Applicants must reside in Australia and have current Australian work rights. Due to this role requiring local experience visa sponsorship is not available.
