Established in 1934, the Motor Trade Association of Western Australia (MTA WA) has spent decades as a passionate advocate for the motor industry and assisting members in running and growing their business. The Association is member based and is the peak industry group for the Western Australian motor industry representing over 1,700 businesses.
We are looking to employ a well organised and methodical Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our Professional Team at Balcatta Headquarters.
The successful applicant will be well supported by an enthused team, all with a like-minded drive to perform. Experience in any of the Adobe Creative Suite programs will be highly regarded, however this is not essential. The core role revolves around the coordination of our events and the day-to-day execution of current Marketing Campaign duties with occasional rostered reception stand-in duties.
Reporting to the Media & Communications Consultant, duties will include but are not limited to:
Budgeting, planning, promotion and successful execution of Organisational and Business Partner events, including registrant management and effective project management.
Assisting in the coordination of Marketing campaigns, with a specific responsibility in the areas of development and publication of print, digital and email material.
Reporting to and working cooperatively with the Media & Communications Consultant.
Maintenance of Social Media platforms, specifically Facebook & LinkedIn.
Basic invoice reporting for Event Accounts (receivable and payable).
Basic website maintenance.
