People & Culture Senior Advisor

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner who is looking to get involved in a little bit of everything associated with all stages of the employee life cycle. In this role you will discuss workforce issues, investigate solutions, lead HR projects and liaise with a range of people about operational HR matters (including employee relations, structural change and recruitment).
As a key contributor within our fun and fabulous team, you will have the chance to build on your existing HR skills and knowledge and make a difference to our people. In this role your expertise and ability to come up with new ideas will be welcomed as we continue to look for ways to stay at the top of our game. You will work within a close knit, passionate, hardworking team who love to laugh and help each other out and will be provided with an initial 6-month opportunity, with the possibility of further extension.

What we are looking for.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At least three years’ experience in Human Resources so you can provide trusted advice and understand workplace dynamics.
Experience undertaking employee relations matters and leading organisational changes, in accordance with expectations.
A track record working and thriving within a team environment, as well as the ability to work with all layers of an organisation to develop and maintain strong partnerships.
Well regarded communication skills, with experience corresponding in writing and verbally.
