We focus on helping Australian small and medium businesses to grow their business by formulating a digital marketing plan, using platforms such as Responsive Website with email marketing, YouTube video, Facebook, Instagram, wechat etc, especially targeting local Chinese and overseas Chinese community.
Currently we are looking for loan broker to join our family to expend our broker business.We are looking for someone with a great attitude who is able to prioritise and show initiative. key responsibilities of this role include:
Independent meeting with clients, collecting supporting documents from clients;
Structuring loans, submitting applications through FLEX and responsibility through to settlement of a client's loan in a timely and efficient manner
Liaising with clients, banks & legal professionals during the complete finance process
Database management and accurate information recording
CRM database management & completion of all compliance requirements
Analysis of financial information & conducting serviceability calculations to make suitable lender recommendations
Working autonomously to manage a busy pipeline Skills and experience
Skills and Experience
Fluent in Mandarin and English is essential
Minimum Bachelor degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effectively with the business partners and clients
Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume environment
Have the right to work in Australia

This job have no basic salary, however
You will receive highly competitive commission structure (up front and trail paid on all deals).
