1. Larger with double bed $120 per week.
2. Smaller rooms with single bed $90 per week.
This secure residence suits students. It's close to Tafe and the City, with Free Cat Bus and railway within walking distance. The house has Wifi if needed.
There is a large kitchen and lounge room with television and washing machine included.
The rent does not include the cost of electricity, gas, water or Wifi but shared among 4 people, these costs are not excessive.
2 weeks bond. Long term preferred.
