目前有一間空房出租，房子位於CITY附近的Mount Lawley(騎腳踏車或坐公車10約十分鐘到CITY)
目前屋子住兩人，都是學生，歡迎學生入住。
我的名子是Tom，今年25歲，在Curtin大學就讀，同時在登山用品店兼職工作，在空閒的時間，我喜歡下廚、戶外活動還有玩一些電動遊戲，今年初到台灣旅行，我很喜歡台灣，希望能在多學一些中文。
我的另一位室友是Colin，今年26歲，他明年將會到Curtin大學就讀，Colin個性隨和、誠實、很好相處。他喜歡釣魚、騎摩托車，也很喜歡下廚。
我們希望找一位友善、乾淨、相互尊重、誠實跟好相處的房客。可養寵物。
目前的空房間大小約3.5 x 3.5 m，剛剛布置好新的地毯。房租一周150，押金600，帳單另外計算，有網路(上限1000G，費用一個月一個人23)。屋外的車道可以停車。

Hey,
I have a room for rent in Mount Lawley close to the city (10 minutes by bus or bicycle).
Having another student living with us would be great.
My name is Tom, 25 years old, and I am studying at Curtin full-time. I also work in a camping store. I like cooking, the outdoors and play a few video games in between my study and work.
I went to Taiwan earlier in the year and loved it. I and am very keen to learn more mandarine.
My housemate Colin is 26 and he will be studying at Curtin next year. Colin an easy going, relaxed and a good honest guy. He enjoys fishing, tinkering/riding his motorbike and is also a good cook.
We are looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful, honest and reliable.
The room is approximately 3.5 x 3.5 m. It just had new carpet installed.
Rent is $150p/w and bond will be $600
Bills are not included and there is broadband available (iiNet - $23 each / month - 1000GB limit).
There is parking in the driveway.
