We are looking for a casual manager, 3-4hours per day 3-5 days a week. We prefer 5 days but can work on minimum of 3

We are 4wd wholesaler selling unique products to over 65 dealers Australia wide. We have 2 full time staff who require monitoring and motivation.

We are up and coming and in mist of transition from retail to wholesale with small retail component

you will be responsible for:

Managing Shop in a routine manner
Designing and implementing marketing plans tailored to meet local sales;
Monitoring and motivating staffs to perform store operational duties;
Training and supervising staffs to deliver quality customer service;
Developing and maintaining a control system for shop sales and stock activities;
Exercising store merchandising, stock management and control;
Planning and executing sales promotional plans to meet local demands;
Training sales staff and coordinating promotions from time to time and for festive seasons in a year;
Providing induction and ongoing training to staff in Customer service
Being able to manage stock ordering according to local community market’s needs
Receiving and stocking merchandise in an efficient and appropriate manner;
Ordering supplies and managing supplier relationship.


You must be able to work under pressure and demonstrate a hands-on leadership style and ability to multi-task under pressure.

Skills and qualifications: Successful candidate should have a keen interest in working in the field of 4x4 Accessories, a strong sense of responsibility and good problem-solving skills, effective communication skills and be a hardworking person We appreciate Australian qualification and work experience in retail stores.
