Ocean Gardens is a large Retirement Village located on the highest point in City Beach with fantastic views to the ocean and hills. It is a Not For Profit organisation and an approved provider of care services on either a fee for service basis and/or under the Aged Care Act. We also have our own House Keeping, Gardening and Maintenance teams, a Wellness Coordinator and onsite restaurant for our residents.
The Key Result Areas of the role include generation of leads, enquiries and appointments, superior sales performance, growing market share against competitors and excellent customer service.
The successful applicant will possess a minimum of a current Real Estate and Business Sales Representative Registration and experience in retirement living or residential sales, be able to demonstrate a track record of proven strong sales performance, possess excellent customer service and negotiation and communication skills and have a high degree of personal integrity and the ability to build long term trusting relationships with others. You must be a confident, energetic self-starter who is comfortable communicating with an older demographic and have a thorough understanding of Retirement Village legislation as it relates to the sales function and disclosure. The position will require weekend and after hours work.
A remuneration package including salary, commission, superannuation and the ability to salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
