Marketing Coordinator
Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace. Renowned as industry leaders across Commercial, Retail & Industrial, they have built a strong team with a number of agents who are ranked as the best in the market.
  
They are now looking for an experienced, highly organised and passionate Marketing Coordinator to support their Sales & Leasing team. Supported by the Marketing Manager, the role will work closely with the team producing marketing materials across campaigns, digital media and database management.  Additional duties include:
Preparing property advertising for print and digital media
Coordinate marketing campaigns including coordinator of team activities
Assist with database marketing, communication, segmentation
Preparing signs, brochures and all print media
Assist with marketing briefs and presentations
General administration
You will have proven marketing coordination experience ideally within the property industry.  It is preferred that you will hold a Marketing Degree to back up your experience but not essential. Indesign experience is required and you will have ideally have used CRM systems.
  
This role suits someone who enjoys a high degree of autonomy, along with the expected accountability in line with responsibility. Well suited to an energetic, motivated and ambitious up and comer.
