Key Responsibilities

Creation, curation and management of content across the company’s online presence and social media platforms
Engage and respond to customer feedback/queries regularly on social media to maintain presence
Design, schedule and manage paid social advertising on multiple platforms
Prepare calendars and plans of proposed content/ads
Suggest and implement ways to maximise followers and sales through content marketing and social media
Website / online ordering maintenance
Creating, managing & optimising Google Ad campaigns
Prepare reports as required
Plan events internally and externally as directed
Carry out additional duties as directed by the Marketing Director.
Essential Skills

University qualifications (in advertising, communications or similar)
1-2 year experience working in a marketing role where you’ve demonstrated the above activities.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to manage own workload and assume responsibility
Desirable Skills

Experience with Pronto
SEO Optimisation
Experience with Mailchimp
Exposure to Adobe creative cloud tools
