Catering Assistants
Catering | Permanent Relief Worker
Joondalup Health Campus, (JHC) is a 712-bed facility owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, Australia’s largest and most respected private hospital operator. Treating both public and private patients, JHC provides comprehensive acute medical care to the community within Perth’s rapidly expanding northern corridor. With such a large hospital to operate, JHC currently employs over 3200 staff, with numbers continually increasing to meet the demand for services.

Principal Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
Responsive and sensitive to customer information, their needs and wants
Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in customer service for all internal and external customers
Assists with general kitchen duties as required
Assists in setting up, plating and distributing patient meals and beverages
Performs other duties as directed by Catering Manager
Participates in quality assurance activities as required
Assist with general cleaning duties
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated ability and commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values
Demonstrated experience in a catering role
Ability to work flexible hours and rosters with no fixed contracted hours
Commitment to exceed customer satisfaction
Sound time management and organisational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
